Poetry Analyzing : English Poem (A Lover)

Today, we’re taking a fun little trip into the world of love or at least, the world of what I imagine love to be. Confession time, I don’t have a lover right now (cue the violins 🎻), but that didn’t stop me from daydreaming about what it might feel like. After all, who says you need to be in love to write about it, right?

You see, poetry is like a playground for the mind. You don’t need real-life experiences to explore big emotions; sometimes, all it takes is a spark of imagination. So, there I was, imagining myself caught up in this whirlwind of feelings complete with late-night talks, shared struggles, and the kind of deep connection that makes you feel like you’re in your own little world. The result? A poem that’s part fantasy, part emotion, and a whole lot of heart.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: how can someone who’s not in love write about love? Well, that’s the beauty of poetry it’s not bound by reality! It lets you dream, explore, and create something beautiful out of thin air. And who knows? Maybe one day, I’ll look back at this poem and think, “Wow, I was really onto something.”

Alright, no more typing. Here’s my poetic take on love brought to you by my very active imagination and just a touch of wishful thinking.

A Lover

When the dark comes we need each other

In the middle of the night we are together

In confused situation like a water

The time walking and feel little well after

The pain is stab

The scratch still blood

I know, we are in the trap

But no one understood

What kind of feeling could be helper?

Except the light that we have as a lover 

Burn the iron and we will out

Then see those people faces in freezeout

This love would never could describe

Because we are still have the vibe 

Although when riding in the wrong side

We help each other for better life

ANALYSIS OF THE POEM

"When the dark comes we need each other, In the middle of the night we are together"

"I know, we are in the trap, But no one understood"

The speaker acknowledges feeling trapped, perhaps in a difficult relationship or situation, and highlights the loneliness of being misunderstood by others.

"What kind of feeling could be helper? Except the light that we have as a lover"

The speaker wonders what could bring comfort or help, concluding that the only solace comes from the love they share, which is described as a light guiding them through their struggles.

  

"Burn the iron and we will out, Then see those people faces in freezeout" 

This line suggests a determination to overcome obstacles ("burn the iron") and break free from their difficulties. The "freezeout" could refer to the cold reaction of others or a sense of victory over those who doubted them.

"This love would never could describe, Because we are still have the vibe"

The speaker feels that the depth of their love is beyond words, yet the connection they share ("vibe") is still strong and palpable.

  

"Although when riding in the wrong side, We help each other for better life"
