In my latest poem, "The Prison of Mind," I explore the darker side of our mental landscape where overthinking, envy, and self-doubt can make us feel like we’re our own worst enemies. I wrote this piece as a way to confront those emotions that we all try to hide behind a smile and a casual "I'm fine."
